Returns:

Due to our products being custom work, there will be no returns or exchanges allowed unless the item you receive is different than the proof you approved. Please make sure you check your proof carefully for errors before approving design. Once proof has been approved, no changes can be made. 

Digital Designs are sent electronically. Due to the nature of these items, there will be no returns or exchanges allowed. If you do happen to have an issue with a purchased design, please reach out to us so we can help you trouble shoot. 

Sublimation, DTF transfers- Counts are double checked before packing and verified when weighed for postage. Quality is double checked when counted.

All designs are tested and pressed for quality control before listing for sell.

Color and final results vary depending on your choice of heat settings, pressure, whether or not you use blow out paper or Teflon sheeting, parchment paper, types of materials, etc. 

Due to this there are no returns or exchanges for these items. However, if you do have issues with one of our transfers, please reach out and we will help you trouble shoot. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE: 

If your physical item has been damaged in shipping, you have two choices:

1) Contact us and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Once the claim has been APPROVED, we will remake your items and ship them back out to you free of charge. If your claim is denied, there is nothing we can do at that point except remake at your items for the same charge as you paid the first time. 

2) You may file a claim on your own using the tracking number on the package. If the claim is approved, the shipper will send the funds directly to you. If you claim is denied, you may have the option to appeal depending on the shipper chosen. 

PLEASE NOTE: INSURANCE IS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH USPS PRIORITY MAIL. IF YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER SHIPPING OPTION THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE, YOU ARE TAKING THE CHANCE OF YOUR ITEMS BEING DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WITH NO WAY TO RECOVER DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR.
